I'M A 51 YEAR OLD MOM OF 5 HUMANS, 2 PUPS, AND ABOUT TO CELEBRATE 30 YEARS OF MARRIAGE --- LIFE HAS HAD ITS SHARE OF UPS AND DOWNS, BUT THRU IT ALL I CHOOSE EACH DAY TO FOCUS ON THE GOOD STUFF (some days it's easier to find than others)!



MOVE EVERYDAY
I ALSO CHOOSE TO MOVE EVERY SINGLE DAY - I love lots of things so mix it up (take a walk, yoga, TRX, CrossFit, lift weights, kettlebell work) - for me it's about finding balance so I enjoy moving not dread it!
I ALSO DO A FEW HANDSTANDS EVERY SINGLE DAY (DON'T WORRY I WON'T ASK YOU TO DO THAT)
BUT I JUST LOVE HANDSTANDS AND MY GOAL IN LIFE IS TO STILL BE DOING THEM WHEN I HIT 100!
